Each kit contains reagents for 96 tests. The expiry date is printed on the external label. The following material is supplied with each kit:

1. Coated microstrips: ready to use!
   1 microplate (dry) containing 12 strips with 8 wells for 96 determinations. The wells are coated with a mouse monoclonal antibody to CK18. The microplate is sealed in an aluminum bag, which contains a desiccating device. If not all strips are used at one occasion, cover the remaining strips with the provided plastic sealing tape. Reseal the bag and keep the desiccating device inside.

2. HRP Conjugate: concentrate!
   1 vial containing 0.4 ml mouse monoclonal (M30) antibody conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) in phosphate buffer with protein stabilizers. Note: Do not expose to light!
   Should be diluted 24 times with the Conjugate Dilution Buffer (see Table 1).

3. Conjugate Dilution Buffer: ready to use!
   1 vial containing 12 ml of phosphate buffer with protein stabilizers for dilution of the HRP Conjugate. Blue color for easy identification.

4. TMB Substrate Solution: ready to use!
   1 bottle containing 22 ml of TMB (3,3',5,5'-Tetramethyl-benzidine) Solution.

5. Stop Solution: ready to use!
   1 vial containing 8 ml of 1.0 M sulfuric acid.
   Note! H₂SO₄ causes burns!

6. Standards A-D: ready to use!
   Four 0.5 ml vials containing standard material in Diluent. Yellow color for easy identification. The values of the Standards A-D are 50, 125, 500 and 1,000 U/L, respectively.

7. Control Low & High: ready to use!
   Two 0.5 ml vials containing reactive components in phosphate buffered FCS. Yellow color for easy identification. The values of the controls Low and High are 100±10 U/L and 750±100 U/L, respectively.

8. Diluent: ready to use!
   1 vial containing 8 ml of phosphate buffered FCS. Yellow color for easy identification.

9. Wash Solution: concentrate!
   1 vial containing 50 ml of concentrated (10X) Wash Solution. Dilute with 450 ml of fresh distilled water before use. Diluted buffer consists of 0.014 M phosphate buffer with 0.15 M sodium chloride and 0.1 % Tween 20™.

10. Plastic Sealing Tape
    For sealing remaining strips, if the microtiter plate is not used up at once.

MATERIALS REQUIRED BUT NOT SUPPLIED

• 25 and 75 microliter pipettes, precision 8-channel pipette to deliver 50 and 200 microliter.

• Shaker for agitation of microplate during incubation, optimally 600 rpm.

• Washing system for microplates.

• Microplate Reader for measuring absorbance at 450 nm.
